If you're gonna put a hard side blind on a 14 foot boat there are some things you may want to consider. obviously safety first. not knowing how wide or deep your boat is really depends on how tall and heavy you make it. i wouldn't go bigger than half inch conduit and aluminum skin just to keep the weight down.. I much prefer hunting out of hard-sided blinds for hard-core hunts but i really do like mine so far. it’s easy to shoot in, easy to transport, and easy to take off. i wanted one because that way i can either lay the blind over or take it off and fish all winter with it. it heats up surprisingly well also plus is wind-proof..
